All our chefs hold or are working towards attaining a certified Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering. This certification ensures they are trained in proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices in order to be in compliance with the food standard Agency requirements.
Zannys Food kitchen Inspection
The Chefs registered with Zannys Food is verified by our Chef Support team after they have undergone a self inspection checklist. The chefs are also encouraged to book a kitchen inspection with the food standard agency to get a food hygiene rating alongside their food heath and safety certificate to ensure they are preparing food in a safe and clean environment.
